Safety Manager

Position Overview

A Safety Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all health, safety, and environmental programs on a project. This leadership role focuses on preventing workplace accidents, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi safety regulations, and developing effective safety strategies. The Safety Manager works closely with project management, supervisors, and safety teams to create a safe working environment while maintaining high operational standards and minimizing project risks.

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will oversee all project safety activities, conduct regular site inspections, identify workplace hazards, and implement corrective actions to eliminate risks. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing HSE policies, leading safety meetings and toolbox talks, investigating incidents, preparing detailed safety reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards. The Safety Manager will also mentor Safety Officers, coordinate emergency response procedures, monitor contractor compliance, and maintain all required HSE documentation throughout the project.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have significant experience working as a Safety Manager or in a senior HSE leadership role within construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
