Position Overview

Plaster Masons and Tile Masons are essential professionals in the construction industry, responsible for delivering high-quality finishing work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Plaster Masons apply plaster to walls and ceilings to create smooth, durable surfaces ready for painting or decoration. Tile Masons install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles on floors and walls with precision and accuracy. Both positions contribute significantly to the overall quality, appearance, and durability of construction projects.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will carry out their duties according to project specifications and quality standards. Plaster Masons will prepare surfaces, mix plaster materials, apply smooth finishes, and repair damaged plaster where necessary. Tile Masons will measure work areas, prepare surfaces, cut and install tiles, apply adhesives and grout, and ensure proper alignment and finishing. Both trades are expected to maintain productivity, follow workplace safety regulations, use tools correctly, and coordinate with supervisors to complete assigned work efficiently and on schedule.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have practical experience in their respective masonry trade and be capable of working independently on construction sites. Good knowledge of finishing techniques, material handling, and construction safety practices is highly preferred.
