Position Overview

Helpers play an important role in maintaining productivity, ensuring workplace cleanliness, and supporting safe and efficient project execution.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will assist supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers with routine construction and industrial activities. Their duties include loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, preparing work locations, cleaning work areas, and supporting daily operational requirements. Helpers must follow workplace safety regulations, use equipment responsibly, maintain discipline, and cooperate with project teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently. They are expected to contribute to a safe and productive working environment throughout the project.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should be physically fit, hardworking, and capable of performing manual labor in industrial and construction environments. Previous experience as a Helper is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates must possess an Original Passport, a passport copy, a valid Absher Iqama with at least three months’ validity, a valid Absher Muqeem, a Medical Certificate, and Insurance documents.
