Position Overview

Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. On high-rise construction projects, Safety Officers play a critical role in identifying workplace hazards, preventing accidents, and promoting a strong safety culture. They work closely with project management, supervisors, and workers to ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will conduct daily site safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. They will monitor workers’ compliance with safety procedures, organize toolbox talks, inspect personal protective equipment (PPE), investigate incidents, and prepare safety reports. Safety Officers will also coordinate emergency response activities, maintain safety documentation, and ensure that all project operations comply with company policies and applicable safety regulations throughout the construction process.
