Job Overview
Safety Supervisors and Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco health, safety, and environmental standards. They play a critical role in identifying workplace hazards, implementing preventive measures, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across industrial projects. These positions are essential for protecting workers, minimizing risks, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will conduct daily site inspections, perform risk assessments, monitor compliance with Aramco safety procedures, investigate incidents, prepare safety reports, and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). They will organize toolbox talks, monitor high-risk work activities, coordinate with project management, maintain safety documentation, and ensure all operations comply with company policies and Saudi Aramco safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must hold Saudi Aramco Approval and have a minimum of five years of industrial safety experience. NEBOSH and OSHA certificates are mandatory for both positions.
