Primary Responsibilities

Civil and Steel Structures Foremen will supervise field teams, coordinate daily activities, monitor workmanship, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed according to project requirements. Work Permit Receivers will manage and follow established permit-to-work procedures and coordinate with relevant site personnel before controlled work begins. Rigger Level 3 personnel will support lifting and rigging activities using appropriate procedures and equipment. Structural Fabricators, Fitters, and Erectors will carry out fabrication, fitting, alignment, and erection activities associated with steel structures. Masons, Steel Fixers, Carpenters, Helpers, and other field workers will support civil and structural construction activities according to their respective trades and project instructions.
Required Skills & Technical Background
The Safety Officer positions require Aramco approval, NEBOSH certification, and five years of Brownfield Aramco experience. Civil Foremen and Steel Structures Foremen must have FA&BLS and OSHA qualifications as specified by the employer. Work Permit Receivers must be Aramco approved and hold a valid card with more than nine months of remaining validity. Rigger Level 3 candidates must possess TUV certification. Structural Fabricators, Structural Fitters, and Structural Erectors should have practical experience in steel structure work, including fabrication, fitting, assembly, and erection activities. Masons, Steel Fixers, Carpenters, and Helpers should have relevant site experience and the ability to work effectively within a coordinated construction team. Aramco experience is preferred for all categories mentioned in the requirement.
