Duties and Responsibilities
The Lifting Supervisor will oversee lifting operations, coordinate rigging activities, and ensure that work is carried out safely according to site procedures. Helpers will support general site activities and assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment preparation, housekeeping, and other assigned duties. All employees are expected to follow workplace safety instructions and cooperate with supervisors throughout the project. Working hours are set at 10 hours daily, with additional overtime available according to project requirements.
Experience and Requirements
Candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and prepared to work in a demanding project environment. The Lifting Supervisor should have practical knowledge of lifting operations, load handling, rigging coordination, and site safety procedures. Rigger 2 applicants should understand basic rigging practices, safe load handling, and communication with lifting personnel. For the Rigger 2 positions, a valid Absher Iqama is specifically required. Helpers should be capable of performing general construction or industrial support duties and following instructions from supervisors.
