Key Responsibilities
Electrical Foremen will supervise electrical installation activities, coordinate electricians, monitor work progress, and ensure that assigned electrical tasks are completed according to project requirements. Electricians will carry out electrical installation, maintenance, wiring, and related electrical work under the direction of supervisors.
Mechanical Foremen will coordinate mechanical activities and supervise workers on assigned tasks. Duct Fitters and Duct Fabricators will work on HVAC duct installation, fabrication, assembly, and related activities. Pipe Fitters will handle pipe installation, alignment, and fitting work, while Plumbers will perform plumbing installation and maintenance activities.
Insulators will carry out insulation work on assigned systems and equipment according to project requirements. Scaffolders will support the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures while following applicable site safety procedures.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant practical experience in the trade for which they are applying and be capable of working effectively in a long-term project environment. Foremen should have the ability to supervise workers, coordinate activities, and maintain work progress according to project requirements.
