The recruitment includes Scaffolder TUV, Fire Watch or Standby Man, Flagman, Pipe Fabricator, Mechanical Technician, and Work Permit Receiver positions. A total of 35 vacancies are available across these categories. The positions are suitable for candidates with relevant industrial experience and the required project certifications or authorizations. Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely according to project requirements, while maintaining valid TUV certification. Fire Watch or Standby Man personnel will monitor work areas for fire and other safety hazards during designated activities and respond according to site procedures. Flagmen will control and guide traffic or equipment movement and must hold a valid third-party authorization card. Pipe Fabricators will carry out pipe fabrication, fitting, preparation, and related workshop or site activities. Mechanical Technicians will perform mechanical installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting tasks. Work Permit Receivers will manage and follow permit-to-work procedures and should have relevant SABIC project experience.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the position for which they are applying. Scaffolder candidates must hold TUV certification, while Flagman applicants must possess a valid third-party authorization card. Work Permit Receiver candidates should have SABIC experience and understand permit-to-work requirements in an industrial environment. All applicants should be familiar with workplace safety procedures and be able to follow project instructions. Candidates must also have an Absher Iqama with at least three months’ validity and be prepared to complete the required SABIC medical fitness process.
