Key Responsibilities and Work Duties

Their responsibilities may include selecting and inspecting appropriate lifting accessories, attaching loads correctly, guiding suspended loads, communicating with crane operators and other lifting personnel, and maintaining safe exclusion zones around lifting activities. They must follow approved lifting procedures, understand hand signals and communication methods, and immediately report damaged or unsafe rigging equipment. Since the position includes room-to-room and field work, candidates should be prepared to work in different site areas as required by the project.
Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants must have at least 2 years of practical Rigger III experience and possess a valid TUV certification.
