Key Responsibilities and Work Duties
WPR personnel will coordinate work permits, verify permit conditions, and ensure that work teams comply with approved safety requirements before and during site activities. Fire Watchers will continuously monitor designated work areas for fire hazards, particularly during hot work, and maintain appropriate fire-prevention measures. Safety Officers will conduct inspections, identify hazards, monitor PPE compliance, support toolbox talks, and help enforce site HSE procedures. Stand By Men will remain available to monitor assigned work areas, support emergency-response requirements, and assist site teams as directed by supervisors. All workers must follow project safety procedures and maintain professional conduct throughout the assignment.
