An urgent manpower requirement is available for multiple skilled and support positions in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The recruitment includes Scaffolding Foreman, Scaffolder, Mechanical Foreman, Fire Watcher, Structural Fitter, Millwright, Structural Welder, Rigging Supervisor, and Mechanical Helper positions, with a total of 46 vacancies. The salary rate will be finalized after the interview, while Food, Accommodation and Transportation (FAT) will be provided by the company. Candidates must have the required identification and employment documents, including valid Iqama, Muqeem, passport, Chamber, and Vendor Code.

Key Responsibilities

Scaffolding Foremen and Scaffolders will handle the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding while maintaining safe working-at-height practices. Mechanical Foremen will supervise mechanical activities and coordinate workers to ensure assigned tasks are completed correctly. Fire Watchers will monitor designated work areas for fire hazards and maintain safety during hot-work activities. Structural Fitters and Welders will perform structural fitting, fabrication, alignment, and welding duties according to project requirements. Millwrights will assist with industrial machinery installation, maintenance, and alignment. The Rigging Supervisor will oversee lifting and rigging operations, while Mechanical Helpers will provide general assistance to skilled workers and maintain an organized work area.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should possess practical experience in their respective trades and understand basic industrial safety procedures. Supervisory candidates should be capable of managing workers, coordinating daily activities, and communicating effectively with site management. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffolding practices, while structural fitters and welders should be familiar with fabrication and structural work. Millwrights should have mechanical maintenance and equipment-handling knowledge, and Rigging Supervisors should understand safe lifting operations.
