Helper, Electrician, Scaffolder & Skilled Worker Jobs
Al Amal Al Hadif Company (4ML) has announced a top urgent manpower requirement for multiple construction and industrial positions across Riyadh, Jubail, Abu Hali, and Madeen. The recruitment covers 8 different job categories, with vacancies ranging from general helpers to skilled trades such as electricians, scaffolders, steel fixers, carpenters, masons, and SS multi welders. Rates range from SAR 10 to SAR 44 per hour, depending on the position. The projects are described as long-term, with food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company. Candidates must have the required Iqama status and bring their original passport.
Main Responsibilities
Workers will perform duties according to their respective trades and assigned project requirements. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, preparation, cleaning, and general site activities. Electricians will carry out electrical installation and maintenance work, while scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely. Steel Fixers, Carpenters, Concrete Masons, and Tile Masons will perform construction activities involving reinforcement, formwork, concrete, and finishing work. SS Multi Welders will undertake stainless-steel welding activities while maintaining required workmanship and safety standards. All employees are expected to follow supervisor instructions and site safety procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should have practical experience in the trade for which they are applying. Electricians should understand electrical installation and basic maintenance practices, while scaffolders should be familiar with safe scaffold erection and dismantling procedures. Steel Fixers, Carpenters, Concrete Masons, and Tile Masons should possess relevant construction skills and be capable of completing assigned work accurately. SS Multi Welders should have strong stainless-steel multi-welding experience and be able to produce quality welds. Most vacancies require a normal valid Iqama, while the Tile Mason position specifically states expired Iqama. Candidates should provide genuine documents and confirm eligibility before submission.
