The recruitment includes Scaffolder, Helper, Instrument Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechanical Technician, and Pipe Fitter positions, offering opportunities for both skilled technical workers and general helpers. The company has specified that Ajeer is mandatory, and candidates who can obtain Ajeer are requested to come to the office with their original passport and required documents. Main Responsibilities
Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures while maintaining safe access and following approved site procedures. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, tools, housekeeping, and general site activities. Instrument Technicians will install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control equipment. Electrical Technicians will perform electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities, while Mechanical Technicians will support the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery. Pipe Fitters will carry out pipe installation, alignment, fitting, and related fabrication activities according to project requirements. All workers should follow site safety instructions, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain safe working practices throughout the project.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to their respective trade and be capable of performing assigned duties safely in an industrial project environment. Technical applicants should have sound knowledge of their trade, relevant tools, equipment, maintenance practices, and workplace safety procedures. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffold erection and dismantling practices, while technicians should be able to identify faults and perform installation or maintenance work according to technical instructions. Pipe Fitters should understand pipe alignment, fittings, connections, and installation methods. Helpers should be physically capable of supporting skilled workers and handling materials safely. Ajeer and Chamber are mandatory, and applicants must have an Absher Iqama with at least 3 months’ validity along with the other specified documents.
