An urgent manpower requirement has been announced for a large number of skilled, supervisory and support positions across major industrial project locations in Saudi Arabia. The vacancies include Helpers, TUV-certified Scaffolders, Piping Foremen, Piping Leadmen, Welding Foremen, E&I Foremen, Pipe Welders, Multi Welders, Rigger III personnel and Rigger Foremen. The recruitment is dated 26-August-2026, with positions available for projects in Jafurah, Amiral and Fadhili. Candidates should have relevant industrial experience and be prepared for immediate project processing. The final rates will be determined after the interview, while Food, Accommodation and Transportation (FAT) will be provided by the company. Applicants must prepare coloured copies of their required documents for mobilization.
Core Responsibilities
Helpers will support skilled workers with general site activities, material handling and housekeeping. Scaffolders will safely erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project requirements, with valid TUV certification required. Piping Foremen and Leadmen will coordinate piping crews, supervise installation activities and ensure work progresses according to drawings and site requirements. Welding Foremen will supervise welding teams and monitor productivity, safety and workmanship. E&I Foremen will coordinate electrical and instrumentation activities and supervise assigned workers. Pipe Welders and Multi Welders will perform welding activities according to approved procedures and project specifications. Rigger III personnel will support lifting and rigging operations, while Rigger Foremen will supervise rigging teams and ensure lifting activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have strong practical experience relevant to their selected position. Scaffolder candidates must hold a valid TUV certification, while Rigger III candidates are also required to have valid TUV credentials as specified. Foremen and Leadmen should have sufficient industrial experience to supervise manpower, coordinate daily activities and maintain quality and safety standards. Pipe Welders and Multi Welders should be experienced in industrial welding and capable of producing quality welds according to project requirements. E&I Foremen should have suitable knowledge of electrical and instrumentation work. All candidates must maintain valid Iqama, Muqeem and Passport documents and provide the required medical and photographic documentation. Employee GOSI is specifically required for the Jafurah assignment.
