Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Engineers will supervise and coordinate electrical activities at the solar plant, review technical requirements, monitor installation work, and ensure activities follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures. They may coordinate with contractors, technicians, supervisors, and project management while monitoring progress and resolving site-related technical issues. Helpers will support skilled workers by handling materials, preparing tools and work areas, assisting with installation activities, and maintaining site housekeeping. They may also assist with loading and unloading materials and other general tasks assigned by supervisors. All personnel are expected to follow project safety procedures, use required protective equipment, and maintain professional standards throughout the assignment.
Qualifications and Professional Requirements
Skills and Knowledge
Electrical Engineer candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience and should possess sound knowledge of electrical construction, installation, testing, drawings, technical specifications, and project coordination. Experience in solar or industrial electrical projects can be beneficial for this type of assignment. Helpers should be physically fit, capable of performing general project support activities, and able to follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers. Chamber documentation is mandatory for the Helper position.
