Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Supervisors will coordinate electrical activities, supervise workers, monitor installations, and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety procedures. Electrical Foremen will lead work crews, distribute daily tasks, monitor progress, and assist with electrical installation and maintenance activities. Instrument Supervisors will oversee instrumentation work, coordinate technicians, and ensure equipment and systems are installed and maintained according to project requirements. Painters will prepare surfaces and apply protective or finishing coatings using appropriate tools and techniques. Scaffolder TUV personnel will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding safely according to approved procedures and project requirements. All workers are expected to maintain safe working practices and cooperate with supervisors and other project teams.
Qualifications and Professional Requirements
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their respective trades and be capable of working in an industrial project environment. Supervisory applicants should have strong leadership and coordination abilities, together with knowledge of electrical or instrumentation activities. Electrical and Instrumentation personnel should understand installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project safety requirements. Painters should have experience with surface preparation and coating applications. Scaffolder candidates must have suitable scaffolding experience and should be able to provide valid TUV certification where required.
