Key Responsibilities

Structural Foremen will supervise structural work crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure fabrication and erection work follows project drawings and safety procedures. Erectors will assemble and install structural steel components, align members, and assist with bolting and connection activities. Manlift Operators will safely operate aerial work platforms and conduct basic pre-operation checks before use. Structural Fabricators will cut, fit, prepare, and fabricate steel components according to drawings and project specifications. Rigger III personnel will prepare and secure loads, use appropriate lifting accessories, guide lifting operations, and communicate safely with crane operators and site teams.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and be familiar with industrial construction environments. Structural Foremen should possess strong leadership, coordination, and technical supervision skills. Erectors and Fabricators should be able to read structural drawings and understand steel fabrication and installation procedures. Manlift Operators should have suitable operating experience and understand safe aerial-platform practices. Rigger III candidates should have practical knowledge of rigging equipment, load handling, lifting procedures, and workplace safety.
