HSE Officer, WPR and Fire Watch Jobs

Esharaqa Contracting is recruiting HSE Officers, Work Permit Receivers, and Fire Watch personnel for a long-term project in Turaif. The recruitment includes 20 vacancies for each position, offering opportunities for candidates with relevant site experience and the required employment documents. HSE Officers will support workplace safety and compliance, WPRs will manage work permit-related activities, and Fire Watch personnel will monitor designated areas for potential fire hazards. Key Responsibilities

HSE Officers will monitor site activities, identify hazards, conduct safety inspections, support toolbox meetings, and ensure workers follow established safety procedures. Work Permit Receivers will coordinate work permits, verify permit conditions, communicate requirements to work teams, and help ensure activities are performed safely and within authorized conditions. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot-work areas for sparks, flames, or other fire hazards and remain prepared to alert supervisors and respond according to site procedures. All candidates should maintain strong safety awareness and follow project instructions.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant construction or industrial site experience related to their chosen position. HSE Officers should understand workplace safety practices, hazard identification, inspections, and basic HSE procedures. WPR candidates should be familiar with permit-to-work systems and site coordination. Fire Watch candidates should understand hot-work hazards, fire-prevention measures, and emergency reporting procedures.
