Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders will be responsible for installing, assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures while maintaining safety standards at the worksite. Masons will perform construction activities including block work, plastering, brickwork, and other civil works according to project requirements.
Signalmen will assist lifting operations by communicating with crane operators and ensuring safe movement of materials. Welders will perform welding, fabrication, and repair work while maintaining quality standards. Helpers will support skilled workers, handle materials, and assist with general site activities.
Carpenters will carry out shuttering, formwork, and wood-related construction tasks. Steel Fixers will prepare, cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel according to project drawings and specifications. All workers must follow safety procedures, maintain discipline, and complete assigned duties efficiently.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience in their respective construction trades and the ability to work in a professional project environment. Candidates must understand workplace safety procedures, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain good quality standards during daily operations.
