Key Responsibilities and Safety Duties
The Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring daily site activities and ensuring that workers comply with approved safety procedures. Duties may include conducting workplace inspections, identifying unsafe conditions, supporting toolbox talks, checking the proper use of personal protective equipment, and communicating safety requirements to workers and supervisors.
