Key Responsibilities
Selected Helpers will assist skilled workers with loading and unloading materials, transporting equipment, maintaining site cleanliness, preparing work areas, and supporting various construction activities. They will also help with general labour tasks, follow supervisors’ instructions, ensure safe handling of materials, and comply with workplace health and safety regulations. Candidates must be prepared to work efficiently in an industrial project environment while supporting daily site operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in industrial construction projects. Previous experience as a Helper is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team. Good awareness of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow instructions are essential. All required Saudi employment documents must be valid and available during the recruitment process.
